bests.lol is a platform that allows users to create personalized profile pages with custom backgrounds, social media links, and analytics. Users can share their profile URL to showcase their online presence in one centralized location.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

• You must authenticate using a valid Discord or Google account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• One account per person is allowed - creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or create fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles
• Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or related systems
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent

5. Content Policy and Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of all content you upload and post on your profile
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, terms, or applicable laws without prior notice
• We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any user content
• You must have the rights to all content you upload, including images, videos, and audio files
• You agree not to upload copyrighted material unless you own the rights or have explicit permission

6. Media Upload Guidelines

When uploading media to your profile, you must adhere to the following limits:

• Images: Maximum 10MB per file
• GIFs: Maximum 10MB per file
• Videos: Maximum 50MB per file
• Audio: Maximum 20MB per file

All uploaded media must comply with our content policy and must not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.
